The Kingfisher Bowling Association's Masters Singles Tournament will be hosted by the Bell over the weekend of 12 & 13 November. This year we have four of our members that have qualified to compete.
Louw Vermeulen, who is our most accomplished Master Bowler, and has competed and won or placed numerous times. Johannie Theron is our most experienced Lady Master Bowler and has been a constant competitor over the past few years.
Our two newest Master Bowlers are Hans Van der Walt and Sharolyn Dacey. Hans qualified this year by winning his section at the Preliminary Masters. Sharolyn is one of our most accomplished current bowlers. She qualified through winning several tournaments, including the Champion of Champions Women's Singles and The Kwazulu-Natal Women's Pairs, amongst others.
We as a club are extremely proud of this year's representatives who join a long list of distinguished Bell bowlers earning the title of Master Bowler.
